Hi,
We have our support mailbox (outlook) linked to a jira project.
anybody who is sending mails to this address a Jira ticket (must) be created. And it worked like this until some months ago,
Currently an Jira ticket is not created from email for some users. The Mail end up in our general mailbox but then nothing will happen. We have to manually create a ticket for some users....
When Users respond to tickets their answer will end up in Jira.... that is working fine...
What can we get this working again?
