Creating multiple issue at once in Team Managed Project

Hi

I am preparing for ACP-120 and came across one point that, only Team Managed project allows to create multiple issue at once and not the Company Managed project. There was no other explanation.

Can someone please confirm on the correctness of this point ? Also, can you please route me to that option in Team Managed project screen ?
