Dear Community,
is there a way to trigger subprocesses in Issues ?
It should work like this:
Employee A creates an Issue. The Issue is called "New User". This Issue creates 3 new subprocesses in different projekts: creating User, Checking created User etc.
Greets from Germany,
Max
You might be able to achive this by automatically creating 3 child issues of "Sub-task" type when the issue is created (there are vaiours ways to do that - just google it - there are already a lot of topics about that in answers.atlassian.com). Then you can add validator/condition to allow closing the parent issue only if all subtasks are complete and also automatically close the parent issue when all subtasks are complete (again I think there are a lot of samples in the forum about that).
Online forums and learning are now in one easy-to-use experience.
