Cross Jira query

We have the ability to link JIRA tickets between the two instances of JIRA.

We also need the ability to create a single query in either JIRA and specify that both JIRA instances are queried and results from both are returned.

As an intermediate step, when performing a JIRA query and listing the "Linked Issues" column, we would like to be able to see the linked issues from both JIRAs as opposed to being able to see only the linked issues from the instance of JIRA from which the query is being issued.
