Hi - I have several different themes of work being worked on by the same team so we split them into (legacy not next-gen) projects. Previously I was creating cross project releases in Portfolio and this created releases in each of the separate projects, peachy.
Since Portfolio was replaced by 'Plans' I'm able to create the cross project release in the releases tab of the plan, however the project no longer shows up in Jira - after committing. Do I need to manually create the release in each project now?
Hi @Jon Moody
Trust you are well.
You probably did not commit the changes. Please check-out the following documentation
https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/creating-releases-998651295.html
in particular
If you would like to consider alternative and more lightweight Apps for cross-project release management that supports both Classic and Next Gen I would suggest to try out Release Management & Roadmaps for Jira Cloud.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Yuri.
