Hi, I´ve several independant teams running independent projects and I have 4 cross shared teams that works with all the independents teams.
Team A (not shared) ----------|
Team B (not shared) ----------| Shared Teams
Team C (not shared) ----------|
Is there a way to assing issues to shared teams, and know to what non-shared project correspond? and link releases from and to shared teams to from non-shared teams?
Supose Team A have issues assigned to shared team, related to release V1.0. How could I see in the managed project viewer, only the shared team issues related to this A Team and with this release.
How could I see the effort of the shared teams related all the non-shareds projects?
Thanks in advance!!
Hi @Alejandro Clerici ,
You can create a multi-project agile board (either Scrum or Kanban) with a board filter containing all the issues from independent projects assigned to shared teams (via custom field Team, type group picker for example)
Assigning issues from independent projects to shared team members depends on the assignable user permission.
Create a quick filter on the multi-project agile board for that specific release and have you shared team members toggle on/off that quick filter to display only issues for that specific release or all issues.
