Crucible jira integration

I get this error message when I try authenticate in source/review tab on jira
uthentication failed!

How I should proced in order to complete de link between jira and crucible?

I get the same issue. Have you resolved this? Crucible can successfully move issues to done using smart commits so the link from Crucible to Jira on demand works for me but get this same error when clicking authenticate in Jira on demand's Source tab in an issue. Any help!?
