Current sprint not displayed

Hello all, I have a sprint dropdown in the task window with values of current and future sprints. However, when I try to create a task, in the drop-down I get displayed only the future sprints and not the current sprint. Can someone help with this issue?

Current sprint is Aug24 which isn't shown in the drop-down when I try creating a task.

I can't find a feature explanation as to why this is happening. However, if I had to assume, it would be to discourage adding brand-new stories to sprints that haven't had a chance to be scoped. However, I'm sure you'd still be able to move the ticket to the sprint after it's created.

Hello @Josh Costella yes, I am able to move the ticket to the current sprint once created. We haven't limited the scope of a sprint to prevent creation of new tickets for current sprint.
