Custom Cascading field still shows coming soon

Cascading field shows in create issue field but doest show in Edit/View issue screen, when I click configure fields it shows coming soon. 

Is this going to be forever like this or do we have any solution to this.

I just wana create a cascading field or a conditional drop-down, is there any other way to do that in jira-core?
