Custom Field Pick List

We have a custom field called customer. The pick list has all the customers(25) available.

Is there a way to olnly show a range of customers 4of 25 for one project rather than have all project show all available customers?

We want onlycertain projects top see certain customers in the custom field called CUSTOMER

I think that you would need to add some javascripts to the page to limit the custom field's values based on certain criteria. Search around. They exist.
