Custom Field Type for User Picker

When I create a custom field type of User Picker, which allow picking up a user from the directory. It worked for me.

But when selecting the user, only username (not meaningful) displayed on the custom field, not Full Name (meaningful).

I want the custom field displaying fullname like JIRA default type (Assignee, Reporter and etc).

For example: for user Jack Williams, username is jac.w

When selecting this user, I want Jack Williams displayed not jac.w.

Anyone knows how should I configure this? Thanks
