Custom Field description is displaying incorrectly in issue screen

My screen is still showing the old field values after creating new values.

do you mean the value of the description? I'm not familiar with cloud but when it works same as server, you might check the description-text under 'Custom fields"-option and under the 'field configuration'-option, which is particular for one or more projects. Maybe there is the old value and you have to change it at this position, too.
