Custom Field - "Your version of Advanced Roadmaps doesn't support this custom field type"

Dear Jira Experts,

I have this Approvers field in my Task form but when I go to project's Plans -> Custom Fields, and manage the fields, the Approver field says it is not supported with the below message, 

"Your version of Advanced Roadmaps doesn't support this custom field type"

What does it mean? I have this field in other projects and they can be added to Plans.

According to the documentation:

... a User Picker (multiple users) type of custom field is not supported.

Can you show us evidence that you have added that field to other Plans?
