A requester has requested to make some modifications to certain values existing in the 'Client - Port ID' custom field. However, when we try to make these changes to the custom fields, all we see is some URL under the section JSON HTTP Settings, and a JSON Path.
Can somebody please describe what this is and how can we go about making the changes?

I'd be happy to take a look, and from your description it sounds like you are working on making changes to customer visible fields in the portal as covered in the documentation here "Setting up request types: Customize the fields on a request type" , but I am not exactly sure what your looking at from the description and will need a little more information to help out.
Can you let me know the custom field type that you are using, and can you also grab a screenshot of the behavior you are seeing so I have a better understanding of what you're looking to set up.
