Custom Fields for project level only

Is there a way to create custom fields at a project level instead of a company level?

In a Team managed project, the fields are at project level and cannot be shared with other projects.

But in a Company managed project, all custom fields are global objects and the choices & description can be set to the project specific requirement

In Jira, custom fields are typically created at the global level rather than at the project level. This means that once you create a custom field, it can be used in multiple projects within the Jira instance.

However, you can control the visibility and configuration of custom fields on a per-project basis
