Custom Key=Value field - not possible?

Hello community!
I would need a specific field for the issue that would allow to choose from the several options as well as the values for them.
E.g. Var1, Var2, Var3 - and the value options X,Y,Z, universal for all the three Variables.
Is there any possibility to configure that?
Especially in the Business Project?

You can create custom fields that are Selection Lists (single or multiple selections) and set the available values for custom field.

You can also create a custom field that is a Cascading Selection list where you would pick the top level value from the first list (Var1 or Var2 or Var3) and after picking that you pick a secondary value from a secondary list (X or Y or Z)

Field X:
  Var1
    X
    Y
    Z
  Var2
    X
    Y
    Z
  Var3
    X
    Y
    Z
