Hi all,
I've noticed this issue with a colleague checking his personal board for managing work from multiple projects.
Shortly: when visualizing the issues assigned to him, all the issues coming from a specific project (team-managed project) don't display at all the story points, but they are shown for the other project included in the board (company-managed project).
It's not a user's permission-related problem because he's the lead for both projects and none of us can see the story points on the board.
Do you have an idea what might be causing this?
Or is it a visualization bug?
Hello @Claudio Codispoti
Team Managed projects use the Story Point Estimate field for story points. Company Managed projects use the Story Point field.
On a custom board, only the Story Point field from the Company Managed project issues will display in the standard story point display area. The Story Point Estimate field from Team Managed project issues will not be shown in the same area nor included in automatic story point calculations.
You can manually display the story points for the Team Managed project issues by adding Story Point Estimate in the Card Layout screen.
I've applied the change immediately and I can now see the story points in the board, the visualization is not super nice but will do its job for sure.
Thanks for your fast reply!
