Custom email not working when sharing issues

I have set up a custom email for sending emails. But this only works when I comment or mention someone in the project. The default Jira email is still being used when I share the issue.

Hi @Francis Asielue ,

how did u setup the custom email? If those custom emails are associated to some specific issue event, they will be sent just in that scenario. Sharing is not an event and, for my knowledge, contents can't be customized in the cloud.
