Custom field - compute based on a formula from non-numeric fields?

Hello, we are looking to see if Jira can do this out of the box, or if there is add-on to compute a custom field value based on a formula with parameters from custom non-numeric fields.

For example:

Custom score = (custom field 1 + custom field 2)/2

where

custom field 1 has values: high, medium, low (3, 2, 1) and

custom field 2 has values: immediate, urgent, low (3, 2, 1)

You will need an add-on.  All the scripting apps can do stuff like this and there are a couple of calculator fields that could work too.
