Custom field deleted - cannot restore system

We accidentally deleted a lot of custom fields which affects all project. We were only able to restore the system back to 12 hours previous, and the data between restore and pre-restore point is where we have a problem. How can we automatically import that data back into Jira and map and restore links?

Restoring from the backup has deleted all changes made since the backup was taken. 

Unless you took a backup of the current system before importing from the old backup, you have destroyed all those changes.

If you restored from a backup that is all you're getting. There is no 'recycle bin' ANYTHING you delete is GONE.
