Custom field - list of issues of specific type in same Epic

Wondering if it's possible to populate a custom filed - drop-down list, which contains issues of a specific type in the same Epic? Let's say we have "Epic" and Issue types A, B, C.

When I'm creating issue of type C, I would like to list all Type B issues of same Epic in a drop-down selector.

Not out of the box. there may be a plugin or a scripting answer.
