Custom field not visible by default on create issue screen - So it's not visible to other users

Why it is a problem? Other users don't know it is there

I need guidance, how to make fields visible by default, not by selecting them in "show all fields"

To see all the fields of the screen when you create an issue, you must select "All Fields" in the combo box.

Otherwise you see only the fields you choose

As an administrator, you can't act on this combo_box, it's an end-user choice.

It's an interface's parameter for the user on which he can act to reduce his visibility on the screen's fields when he works on a ticket.

Each user can see the fields he wants.

If the field is required, it cannot be hidden.

You need to explain this feature to your users
