I have a Read-Only custom field with value there, but its's value doesn't present at the view screen, I am pretty sure it is presented before, just suddenly disappear from one day. (the problem is observed on all tickets in our jira).
I use a python script to retrieve all data for one ticket, and make sure the value of that field is there, no loss.
I check the field config, see there is "Remote ID Search" is set as search template, I don't know what is it and where I can find the detail of "Remote ID Search".
This filed value is with a hyper link, no idea it is caused by the url link, for example the website is not accessible now.
I have tried with Admin helper, and make sure config is well, no mistake.
Did the field configuration change for that particular issuetype/how is the setting there?
Did the custom field context change?
Is it still on the view screen for your according issuetype?
No, this is nothing what would be predefined, also Google did not show up something meaningful. My guess is that this comes out of an App, either one from Marketplace or something you wrote yourself with your company (i.e. your colleagues).
