Custom field visible only for particular group

In our JIRA we have several   custom fields , 

my question is example in our JIRA i added one custom filed name is " ABC "  this field is assigned to  project  "DEF " .

Two companies  (G ,H )are working in same project "DEF"

now i created two JIRA USER GROUPS  depending on the companay  G,H.

MY QUESTION : how to assign custom filed " ABC " to a paricular group .

is it possible ? if possible for exapmle i assigned custom filed " ABC " to JIRA USER GROUP "G"  , and we are createting tickets in JIRA. these tickets  is possible to see "H" GROUP or not ?

JIRA doesn't have any provision for what you're asking. There may be a plugin I'm not aware of. It also doesn't have provisions for only seeing certain issue types. If you need to segregate groups like that, the standard way is to use different projects. People have been asking for this since I started with JIRA in 2007 so I doubt it will be implemented.
