Custom field with Dropdown and Checkboxes.

Is it possible to create custom field with dropdown and in dropdown there will be checkbox? also is there any possibility to do something like. I have two Issue type If user select issue type "A" then custom field should become mandatory and if user select issue type "B" then the same custom field remain ordinary.

No, you cannot combine both a dropdown and checkbox in the same field type. It's one or the other. 

You could accomplish something like what you want to do in the second part, but it would need to be based on a transition happening - it can't be as soon as the issue type is selected though.
