Custom field with sub fields

Hi All,

Here is my user requirement:

Custom field(with Values) : 1 or 2 or 3 or 4

           Sub-field: A, B, C, D...

                     Sub-field: a1, a2, a3, a4...

So, Whenever user chooses say "1" from first field he should be able to choose either of the options (A or B or C or D) and one from Sub-field (a1 or a2 or a3 or a4).

Options should appear according to first one.

For example,If we choose 2 or 3, the values in Sub-field: A, B, C, D.. should also change.

Can we achieve this in Jira? We are on version: 7.13.1

Not out of the box. JIRA only has a two level cascading select list. I would search for a plugin in the Marketplace.
