Custom filters merged in other project fields

Hi All,

In my project, under the column tab i have selected few desired custom fields to set up a filter, but it is being not getting saved as needed. 

for Instance- Under Column, there is my Defaults and filter tab, I have created a picked up a certain set of custom fields and saved as "Project data-IMP", but next time when i open the same, i am not able to see the desired fields, it is showing other custom fields which is related to my other project. I do not how it is getting merged. 

Can you anyone pls help to solve this. I just need to keep my desired fields in a simple way.
