Custom firled do not appear to forms

I made new custom fields and added them to screen

I wanted to add them also to forms but they do not appear there.

Jira  gave interesting guidance that i didnot find appropriate

"you’ll need to add the custom fields to that issue type scheme" How is that possible Issu type scheme allows you to add issue types not custom fields

"Once you’ve added the custom fields to the issue type scheme, you’ll need to set up the custom fields. " How can you add something that does not exist and then create it

How can I make Custom Field visible in forms

first of all please could you check if your custom field appear on the create issue screen? Moreover please could you specify custom field type?

Yes, it's there, it's single predefined
