Custom issue for a specific Issue

Hi ,

I have many project running through JIRA and i would like to create a issue with custom fields within in but i would only like one specific project to see that issue lay out im not sure on how to set it so that particular project will see that issue layout ?

You need to define a screen-scheme that includes all those new screens that contains the custom fields. And assign that scheme to the project. Please follow these docs in order:
