When a user creates a custom issue type from the Jira issue page in Jira Cloud, it does not reflect in the Jira settings issue page. As a result, the custom issue type is not visible in the Jira settings, preventing the user from associating it with other project schemes. Also when I am using another language text then also it is not visible.

Do you know where the issue types were created? Were they created in Team Managed Plans or Company managed plans initially?

Hi Clark, It was team managed project. In fact, I have searched this issue type in the same project but still the issue type is not visible.
