I have a custom multiline field for bug tickets that would allow returns (line breaks) when typing out a list, but it is no longer accepting it. Nothing happens when I hit enter. But if I edit the issue after saving, I can edit the field and it accepts the returns. The field settings haven't changed. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm also experiencing the same. I'll do some digging and get back to you here. Not ideal, but as a workaround, copy and paste works.
One of my colleagues here in the community, @Jack Brickey, shared that. It's a bug raised in the Atlassian public issue tracker. You can add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on.
