Custom "Label" field populates for me but not the rest of my team

Hi there, 

I have a custom field in my service desk project where the value that the end user needs to type in is an auto-populating label field and they are unable to get the list to populate when they begin typing. When I type, it auto-completes like a charm. Furthermore, they can't type in the whole label name and have it stick, it errors out.

Is this a permissions issue? I'm not even sure where to start troubleshooting, I've tried following threads to see how many labels I have to see if the number of them is bogging down Jira but can't seem to find out since I'm using the cloud version of Jira.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Lauren, 

You can test this by giving temporary permissions to the other users that mirror yours. That way you can exclude if it's a permission issue or not. 

If it's not a permissions issue, I would start by taking a look at the browser/OS settings for the users that get errors.
