Custom task types isn't shown on the Kanban board from different project

Artem Usov July 19, 2020

Hello!

I have several projects and each project has different task types in addition to the standard types, for example:

  • Project1 - classic
    • Task
    • New feature
  • Project2 - new gen
    • Task
    • New feature
    • Bug
    • Deploy
  • Project3 - new gen
    • Task

I've created a new filter:

project in (Project1 , Project2 , Project3 )
and created a new Kanban-board for the Project1 on the top of that filter.

The issue is that I can't see task of Bug & Deploy & New feature types on this board.
I can see:

  • all task types from the Project1
  • and only task type "Task" from other Projects

In the same time, filter shows all task types without limitations in Filter section.

How can I solve this issue and and make task types visible on the Kanban-board?

I solved the issue by clearing additional filter for the board.

There was some filter by default.
