Customer facing Jira ticket collector

Hey all,

We would like to set up a project where customers can add issues, vote for them and track the ticket state without needing to be a part of the entire jira.

Something like mongodb does on this url:
https://jira.mongodb.org/projects/COMPASS/issues/COMPASS-3912?filter=allopenissues

Any ideas how we can set it up?
