Customer requests forgot your password and doesn't receive email

Clicks sends recovery link to the email address stated and doesnt recieve anything in mail box.

Is your Jira instance on Cloud or Server?

If it's on Cloud you can let the Cloud Team know the email address of the person who isn't receiving emails, but I wouldn't recommend posting that on this public forum. If you have trouble raising the issue please let me know and I can assist.

If it's on Server, have you set up the outgoing mail server?
