As a jira administrator, can I config/customize Issue layout for Jira DateCenter?
The current issue layout looks to be divided into a left hand navigation column, a center column that displays most of the JIRA ticket, and then a right column that has "People", "Dates", "Development" and "Agile" This right hand column is usually about the same size as the "Detais" section but consumes the entire HTML page height meaning that for most JIRA tickets the information in the comments must fit in approximately 1/2 the page width, its that right hand all white quarter of the page that is annoying. The left hand can be collapsed, but the right hand is always there always white and gets in the way of putting things like tables into the tickets and especially when you try and edit a page, it appears that the edit popup is limited to fit within that section; or perhaps its limited to 50% width?

I have not been able to find any documentation that the field layout in the issue view can be customized in any version of Jira Server/Data Center, and I did not yet find any issue in the Atlassian backlog about this.
I would recommend that you contact Atlassian Support directly to double check if this feature is or will be available for Jira Software Data Center.
