Customize a workflow

Hello,

I want to add a workflow, but for the ones existing in Jira there is one that can do the job except a step where the product owners will do the step of accepting the work done by QA. Anyone had any idea how to make changes or how to customize a workflow.

create a copy of the one you feel that would match best and add your QA step and in/out transitions to it.

you may need to create the status befor...not a big deal though. you gonna get used to it..trust me

Adding and changing workflows is a standard admin task in Jira.
