Hello to all.
I wanted to ask you if there is a way to change the style of emails. Insert a company logo. Change colors, format with tables, etc. I'm not interested in customizing the content of an email, but in its appearance. Does anyone know how I can do? On which files to put hands? I would not use third-party plug-ins, I want to be able to do everything on the server.
I greet everyone and thank you in advance for your support.

But why should it be so complicated to do a simple thing?
Any other software gives you this possibility BMC Remdy, SAP, etc etc). What you ask is to be able to insert a company logo inside the notification emails, or change the colors of an email to give a standar company layout. Simple things become complicated with ATLASSIAN.

Dear @Francesco Mazza,
this is a matter how often such requirements are requested. Have a look at https://jira.atlassian.com.
Search for your subject - eventually someone raised it already - then vote. Otherwise create an on suggestion.
