Customize first screen of backlog tickets

I'm new on Jira and I'm not sure about which words to search to solved my problem.

I would like to customize this part :

to add my "labels / tags" (Etiquettes in french) here.

I don't find where and I don't know if I can do this or not.

can you explain exactly where that image is taken from? Also are you saying that you would like to add the labels field in this view?

Assuming this is a Company Managed Project and you are an admin you can modify the Catd layout to include Labels.

1. click ellipses in upper left
2. choose Card layout
3. add the Labels field to the Backlog cards.

It looks like I don't have Card layout in the Jira cloud version :'(

Must I "unlock an expert mode" ?

It appears you may be using a Team Managed Project? If so, these cannot be configured as I have outlined.

There's no "expert mode" type thing in Jira.

It looks to me like this board is being generated by a business (Jira core / Jira work management) project.  These don't have much in the way of configuration beyond "here's a set of columns / workflow status"

In looking at the last screenshot I see “Projet Logiciel” which seems to translate to Software project which is why I was guessing at TMP. For sure if this is a business project that would explain the lack of board configurability.

Ah, I didn't look that far down, I just saw the "columns only" and thought "business board".  I'll try to remember to check TMP as well next time!

Yes, it's a Team Mangaged Project, actually I didn't really know the difference with a company project. We are a small team, that appeared to be the better configuration for us.

I will check the difference between them, If we cannot customize things, this is maybe not the good one.
