Help me!

I want to click Ok status button -> Screen will display dialog that I fill into form input -> I click submit form after that status change. 

I am developing a jira plugin with java code

How can I do it ?

Add those field to the view issue screen to see then after the transition is excited

In the rest docs, there is a rest API option to add tab- and then you can add a field to a tab.
