Customized Plug-in migration from Jira server to cloud

There are some plugins that are developed internally and customized according to the needs. So how is the procedure for customized plugins migration from Jira server to cloud.

as both platforms are something totally different you would have to rewrite each and every of it.

But I suspect the appropriate person to talk to now would be the one who wrote the in-house App you are currently using.

You will need to rewrite them from scratch for Cloud.  The frameworks for plugins/apps on server and Cloud are totally different.  You may be able to re-use some of the logic in your plugins, but that's all.
