Hi Guys,
So recently I noticed my customized fields have disappeared. When I open the ticket page it appears for a few seconds and then disappears. Most times it doesnt even appear at all. When I click on configure I can see it. What could be the cause of this?
Do you have behaviors? sounds like there's a script hidding the field
I don't know you mean by behaviors. I've never come across that before. Pls explain.

Behaviours is a module within the ScriptRunner app that can inject javascript that modifies the front-end of Jira on the client side.
You do not have it though - it does not (yet) work for Cloud.

But flickering on-screen for a sec and then disappearing does suggest javascript (including Behaviours if you were on Server), so I would want to check exactly what you see when you go into "configure" - is the field enabled there? Does it appear if you select it?
