Customizing Tempo

Hello,

I need to modify Tempo plugin so that when I click on log work and the pop up opens that there won't be a tab that says issue. I would be willing to modify the code or implement javascript to hide it but I'm not really sure where to start. If anybody can sudjest something that would be great.
