Customizing a development panel dialog

Is it possible to customize a development panel dialog?

I understand more detailed information can be obtained by drilling down into each item displayed in the dialog, but it would be nice if one could customize these high level summary dialogs.

Some examples would be:

• For a review, I would like to change the Author and Reviewers to be the name of the person instead of an icon. I'd prefer not to have to hover over an icon to obtain the name.
• For a code commit, I would like to increase the amount of the commit message that is displayed. The default seems to be limited to 48 characters.

I think you can by hacking into JIRA and the vm files that display these stuff OR are you asking Atlassian for this feature? You can send one in support.atlassian.com
