I would like my tickets having the custom ticket status of "Waiting for Prod Deploy" to be considered as a Completed Issue. They are currently listed as Issues Not Completed and this is affecting negatively the velocity of my team.
Is there any way to configure this?
The velocity in a Scrum board is related to all issues being transitioned from the leftmost column to the rightmost column of the board. So may first guess to archive the situation you described, you need to map the "Waiting for Prod Deploy" status also to the rightmost column of the board.
