DMARC Failures and Two Organisations

Our domain validation failed recently, and when trying to re-validate it turns out we now have two organisations in Atlassian Admin. The domain is validated against one, but the other is where the products sit. I'm not sure whether this is now having an issue with DMARC, as JIRA Service Desk and JIRA software are now failing DMARC (but passing SPF and DKIM). Any suggestions here? Do I try merge the accounts, or is this expected behaviour?
