Hi Community:
Are there any OOTB dashboards available online that would show:
1. Team Workload (bubble chart)
2. Ticket breakout by status with drilldown
3. Other common questions a manager would have on a project/epic/task
If so where would I find them - Git? Some other repo?
@Michael O_Hara Hi there 👋
I'm Mariia from SaaS Jet, nice to meet you.
In Jira Cloud, there are already out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports and dashboard gadgets available:
Go to Project → Reports: This will show you a list of available OOTB reports.
Go to Dashboards → Create dashboard — here you can add OOTB gadgets.
If you’re open to trying an app, I’d recommend No-code Apps Creator for Jira by SaaSJet.
With this app, you can build your own dashboard-style apps and interactive widgets directly inside Jira, describing what you want in the Chat with AI.
Create team workload visualizations.
Add status breakdowns with drilldown.
Combine data from multiple projects into one interactive view
It might help you build the exact dashboard your team needs in minutes https://saasjet.com/exd5
Hi @Michael O_Hara,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Jira does not offer predefined dashboards. You could eventually take a look over the Summary page of each Jira project/space or try some of the reports available in the Reports section of each Jira project/space.
But what you can do, is to create and configure a custom dashboard(s) with the necessary gadgets on it, then share it with your managers and other project stakeholders.
Jira offers some OOTB gadgets that you can use to build dashboards: Filter Results, Issue Statistics, Two Dimensional Filter Statistics, Pie Chart etc.
If the Jira OOTB gadgets are not enough for your needs, then you can explore apps from Atlassian Marketplace that provides additional gadgets.
If you'll need an app, I would also recommend our Great Gadgets app, which offers all you need for building powerful dashboards in Jira. Specific to your needs I would reccomend:
1. Team Workload
The app does not support a bubble chart, but you could display the team workload in form of a heatmap table or chart by using the Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget
2. Ticket breakout by status with drilldown
For this I would recommend using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) gadget which can display the issues from a filter/JQL by their hierarchy: Epic > Story, Task > Sub-Task along with their status
3. Other common questions a manager would have on a project/epic/task
With Great Gadgets you can easily display the progress at the project/epic/task level. The Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget can be very helpful for this but the app offers many other useful gadgets.

Welcome to the community !!
If you would be interested in a mktplace app, I can suggest couple from our portfolio
The app allows you to build interactive Jira dashboards with powerful charts, gadgets, and reports. Visualize issue progress, team workload etc
There are multiple configuration and customization options which the apps provides. Some of the sample charts are as below.
Agile Velocity & Sprint Status Gadgets
The app comes with few dashboard gadgets to track team member's / team's velocity / productivity based on story points / time spent / issue count in a sprint and also track sprint status with multiple parameters.

Welcome to the community, @Michael O_Hara.
I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
Depending on how you measure team workload, it can be challenging to track it with native Jira gadgets, since they typically only count issues.
If you’re open to using a Marketplace app, you might want to take a look at ours. With Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards, you can visualize workload based on any Jira number field (like Story Points or Time Spent).
You can even try it out without installation on our example team health dashboard.

Hi, Michael!
Are you looking for something outside of Jira or within the platform?

Whatever works - either something baked into Jira Cloud or something that was popped into Git or other repo location. The idea is not to reinvent the wheel if someone's already done so... thanks Anne.
