Dashboard Filter is showing different results for 3 users

Hi!

One of our users faced an issue that his dashboard gadget filter seems to not display results consistently. Attached the 3 screenshots from the same filter on the same dashboard seen through the 3 different users.

The filter = project = ORMC AND labels = NL AND priority in (Urgent, Highest, High) AND status in ("To Do", "In Progress") AND "Target end" < now() AND Labels not in (CRA)

Does someone have a potential solution to this issue?

Does the user have access to the project issues?  Is he in the Users role and able to view issues?

Thanks for your reply!

Based on your input I found the solution. I found out that a issue security scheme is causing the problem that these people are getting different results based on their role. Assigning them to the appropriate role solved the issue.
