Dashboard Gadget: Issues reported in Test Plan

I have seen mentions of the "issue reported during testing" gadget for Jira dashboards and can see it in the Zephyr reports, but I can't seem to find it to add to my dashboard. Is it a plugin or do I need to do something else to expose this gadget and use it on my dashboard?

I am trying to find the issues reported during a test plan. If there is a way to do it with the JQL that would also work, but I haven't found anything where they were dynamically pulled in from the test executions within the test plan.
