Please provide me the solution for the below questions:

1. We handle 3 types of delivery projects –

i. Approved, ii. Ad hoc short-term projects, iii. Support/Bug fix/maintenance projects

2. For each project, we want to be able to track

         a. Planned Hours.

         b. For projects in progress: 

  • i. Hours completed as of a point in time.
  • ii. Remaining hours (like in agile projects)
  • iii. Actual Projected (Hours completed + Remaining hours)

c. Overall track Planned hours vs Actual hours across all projects.

I would recommend you to test the Tempo Timesheet add-on.

Considering all the information you provide us, I believe this add-on is the best solution for you.

Thanks for your answer but we are using Server instance not cloud.

Using tempo, we are unable to track the Actual Projected (Hours completed + Remaining hours)
